Terms & Conditions – tgslot Platform Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

1. "tgslot", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the company operating the tgslot platform at tgslot.co and all associated services, tools, games, and features.
2. "Platform" means the tgslot website, mobile browser version, progressive web application, and any other channel through which tgslot services are delivered.
3. "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the tgslot Platform in any capacity.
4. "Account" means the registered account created by a Player on the tgslot Platform.
5. "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player into their tgslot Account using a supported payment method including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT, or Skrill.
6. "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, cashback, or bonus funds credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
7. "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency of the tgslot Platform for players based in Pakistan.

By accessing the tgslot Platform, creating an Account, or placing any real-money wager or casino game bet, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the tgslot Platform.

tgslot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be published at tgslot.co/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to review this document regularly.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and tgslot with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior discussions, representations, or understandings whether oral or written.

The tgslot Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Registration, account access, and all real-money wagering activities are prohibited for persons under 18. tgslot implements mandatory age verification during the registration process and as part of KYC compliance. We reserve the right to request official government-issued identification at any stage to confirm a Player's age.

In addition to meeting the minimum age requirement, you must:

1. Be a natural person capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction;

If you access the Platform from a location where online gambling is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and tgslot accepts no liability arising from such access.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) tgslot Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Pakistani mobile number. You must promptly update your Account information if it changes. tgslot is not liable for consequences arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate Account information.

tgslot implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You may be required to submit documents including a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of your payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet registered in your name). Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of request may result in suspension of deposit, withdrawal, or betting privileges until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tgslot login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. tgslot will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify tgslot support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

tgslot accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT (TRC20/ERC20), and Skrill. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are published on the tgslot payments information page. tgslot does not charge transaction fees on standard PKR deposits; third-party network fees on USDT transactions are the Player's responsibility.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the tgslot Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. tgslot reserves the right to require full KYC verification to be completed prior to processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing times are published on the Platform and are subject to change.

Withdrawal limits vary by Player VIP tier within the tgslot Black Diamond loyalty programme. Standard Players are subject to daily and weekly withdrawal limits as published on the Platform. VIP tier Players from Gold level upwards receive progressively higher withdrawal limits. Players at Black Diamond tier are eligible for unlimited withdrawals subject to KYC clearance.

Player funds deposited into tgslot Accounts are held in segregated accounts separate from tgslot operational funds. This arrangement is intended to protect Player balances in the event of the operator's insolvency, though it does not constitute a legal guarantee under any specific regulatory framework.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the tgslot Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is presented to you. In the event of any conflict between this general Terms & Conditions document and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in respect of that bonus.

1. Bonus funds are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
2. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered on qualifying games before a withdrawal request may be submitted.
3. tgslot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
4. Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, will result in forfeiture of the bonus, any associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.
5. Bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus Balance and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement before the expiry date will be removed from the Account.

All games available on the tgslot Platform — including live casino tables, RNG slot titles, virtual sports, crash games, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or section. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or interrupted transmission during any game round or bet settlement, tgslot reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Account.

For sports betting markets including PSL cricket, tgslot reserves the right to void bets in circumstances where a market was offered in error, where a manifest pricing error occurred, or where the integrity of the event is in question. Void bets are returned to the Player's Account at the original stake amount. Settled bets will not ordinarily be reversed unless a clear and demonstrable system error is identified.

tgslot is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all its products. The tgslot Platform is strictly for adult entertainment — players must be 18 years of age or older. tgslot provides the following responsible gaming tools at no cost to all registered Players:

1. Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps within your Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
2. Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you are permitted to lose within a defined period.
3. Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you of how long you have been active on the tgslot Platform.
4. Reality Checks: Receive periodic pop-up notifications displaying your session duration and net gaming result.
5. Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from all tgslot products. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other Platform process;
3. Creating more than one Account;
4. Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to generate unfair advantage in games or betting;
5. Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity intended to exploit the Platform;
6. Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
7. Attempting to exploit system errors, glitches, or software vulnerabilities for financial gain;
8. Abusing promotional offers, chargebacks, or payment disputes in bad faith.

All content on the tgslot Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software code, user interface designs, sports data, and promotional material — is the exclusive property of tgslot or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any tgslot Platform content without prior written consent from tgslot. Any unauthorised use of tgslot intellectual property will result in immediate Account suspension and may give rise to legal proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tgslot and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the tgslot Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — even if tgslot has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

tgslot's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions, regardless of the form of action or claim, shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Balance deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tgslot does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, and third-party infrastructure failures may result in temporary unavailability. tgslot will use reasonable endeavours to restore service promptly in such circumstances but accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tgslot holds its gaming licence. tgslot operates under an internationally recognised online gaming licence issued by a competent regulatory authority.

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact the tgslot support team via live chat or at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. tgslot will aim to respond to all formal dispute notifications within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the relevant regulatory body or an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider.
